Hytest is pleased to announce the appointment of Elli Aaltonen as Head of Quality and Compliance, effective March 1, 2026.   

Elli has been with Hytest for nearly seven years and has built a strong track record across multiple roles within the company. She first joined Hytest in 2019 as a summer worker in the logistics department. In May 2022, she transitioned into the role of Quality Specialist, and in 2025 she took on expanded responsibilities as Quality Assurance Coordinator.   

In her new role as Head of Quality and Compliance, Elli will lead Hytest’s quality and compliance operations and team, driving a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization. She will oversee the maintenance and development of Hytest’s Quality Management System, ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements, and monitor regulatory and compliance developments to support customers and their evolving needs.

Elli succeeds Sanna “Sakke” Kankaanpää, who is leaving Hytest after an outstanding 23.5 years of service with the company, where she most recently served as Chief Quality and Compliance Officer. During her tenure, Sakke made a significant and lasting contribution to the company’s quality culture and compliance excellence. We warmly thank her for her dedication and commitment and wish her all the best in the future.
