The market demand for high-sensitivity cTn (hs-cTn) assays is evolving. The superior analytical features of hs-cTn assays allowed clinical professionals to perform rule-in and rule-out of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). At HyTest, customers’ need is always at the center of our heart. We have launched a new troponin product MAb Y302 (Cat# RC4T21) recombinant monoclonal antibody to enable our customers develop assays with strong performance.

MAb Y302 is expressed in a mammalian cell line and contains full-size IgG sequence derived from rabbit B cells. The epitope specificity for this MAb is 83 – 100 a.a.r. of human cardiac troponin I. Based on our results, the pair Y302 + 20C6cc – RecR85 + 7B9cc showed high performance on lateral flow platform and good correlation with commercial hs-cTnI assay.
