We are delighted to announce that Mr. Paul White has joined the HyTest Board of Directors with effect from September 2016. Mr. White brings extensive management and leadership experience from the diagnostics, healthcare and life science businesses to the HyTest Board.

Prior to retiring in 2014, Mr. White served as a Director of Workflow and Laboratory Solutions at Leica Biosystems, which is a Danaher company, in Germany. It was there that he drove both the development and launch of the company’s first ever laboratory information management system (LIMS).

Mr. White has worked at companies such as Pharmacia, LKB, Wallac, PerkinElmer and Dako (Agilent). He has been the principal driver for several diagnostic devices and four complete LIMS in the areas of genetic healthcare and cancer diagnostics. Before moving to the business sector positions, he began his career by teaching biochemistry and microscopy at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, in the early 1980s.
