Best pairs in lateral flow: If you are developing a lateral flow -based test, we recommend you start with these three capture-detection pairs: C715-C706, C706-NP1524 and C706-C518. These three pairs can detect the antigen with 1:20,000 dilution of virus lysate (see Figure).
